Which type of HOP training sessions are right for your pack?
Often times my clients know which training style is a fit for their pet and family schedule but more often I help them make that decision. Call me today at 949.235.3320 and we can make that determination together.

Traditional Dog Training
Do you prefer to participate in your dog’s learning process? Then perhaps traditional lessons in your home or at a nearby location may be the answer. You’ll maximize your training benefits by learning along with your dog. Many behavior experts say that dog training is really people training. Consider learning how to manage your dog’s behavior as training is implemented and participate in the training process.

Homeschooling
Do you have a busy life or work schedule? If you don’t want your dog to be home alone all day long without interaction, perhaps, homeschooling is for you. Homeschooling is a great solution for getting in some obedience training when you can’t be there! A package of 30 minute one-on-one training sessions for your dog at your home can help break up an otherwise boring day. A report card is left for you to track your dog’s progress after each lesson.

Board and Train
Consider this option an educational “away camp” for your dog. For example, you want to go on a vacation but would rather leave your dog in a home environment. While you are away, you’d like to see some behaviors improve or have your dog get started on meeting some weight loss goals. Even if you aren’t going out of town there are many of good reasons to book a HOP Board and Training reservation. Just need boarding? No problem— I’d be happy to board your favorite pooch!
*Dog training certifications are not all the same.
The Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (The CCPDT) serves to establish and maintain recognized standards of competence in dog training by certifying trainers through criteria based on experience, standardized testing and continuing education. This certification identifies those individuals to the dog owning public. The CCPDT’s certification is an international certification process for dog training professionals.
The Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed credential is respected within the industry and has been developed using consistent, recognized certification practices.
